The Whitefish Housing Authority provides affordable housing and economic opportunities for low and moderate income families. They provide a homebuyers course along with assistance in buying your first home. They also furnish housing choice vouchers for renters that qualify.

Lake County Housing Assistance
Lake County Housing Assistance offers housing assitance programs from the Lake County Community Housing Organization and City of Ronan Housing Authority. They serve moderate and low-income families with Section 8 housing and provide senior housing in Ronan and St. Ignatius. They also offer homebuyer education and assitance.

Northwest Montana Human Resources
Northwest Montana Human Resources also known as the Community Action Partnership of Northwest Montana serves low income individuals and families in Flathead, Lake, Lincoln and Sanders counties. NMHR works with local resources within each community to provide housing needs, budgeting, medical, job training and education. The goal is to help individuals and families become self-sufficient and independent.
